Welcome to my blog, called “A Mile in Her Shoes”, my name is Paige Mast and I am currently a student at Middle Tennessee State University. 

I am from Knoxville, Tennessee, but there are so many places I could call home. Such as my best friend Leah's house, the soccer fields I take photos at, and more.

I am pursuing a degree in Journalism with a concentration in Media Studies and a minor in Psychology. I am passionate about sports photography and representing women in the sports industry, especially in media. Along with sports photography, I have a massive obsession with film photography and a good cup of coffee. 

It was not until I started my college career that I realized how much I loved working in sports photography, but I have had a camera in my hand since I was in middle school. I have always loved capturing the big and small moments in life and this blog is an extension of that passion as well. 

I started this blog in February 2022, although it feels like yesterday when I started writing for this website. 

This blog site will forever have a special place in my heart and I find so much joy in sharing my thoughts with everyone.

This blog is a place for all those words that you feel are left unsaid or unheard in this chaotic world we live in.
